Immanuel Life Examen

A beautiful contemplative exercise that will help you connect with Jesus and get his take on your day! Remember, he is always kind, gentle and good. He will never shame you, condemn you or speak harshly to you. Listen carefully for his still, small voice and allow him to change you into the person he created you to be – your true self.

Immanuel Life Imaginative Prayer

One of the hallmarks of the Immanuel Approach is the use of our sanctified imagination, the eyes of our hearts. This exercise encourages us to imaginatively enter a Gospel story, to be present to see, smell, taste, touch, and hear what is unfolding around us. Our imagination is the place where we can experience, embrace, and internalise spiritual truths and meet Jesus in ‘glorious technicolour’. Give it a try, you’ll be glad you did!
